Happy Gamification: Grand Unified Model of Motivation

Here is my visual explanation showing why I don't see a useful distinction between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation if you have a well designed gamified experience. These two separate systems of extrinsic and intrinsic motivations come together nicely if you overlay a social engagement loop on top of them.

It is a grand unified model of Motivation and the most powerful of those motivations is the emotion of happiness.
